Today I had the honor of talking with Moriah (aka Steel Maggie) who is an artist and musician and has an amazing podcast but she also had to hit rock bottom with her drinking before she could really start taking her life back. Drinking was an escape that gave Moriah permission to not care about the pressure of being good enough, of the feeling of being judged by other people and the fear of success — in essence living in fear every day. It was amazing to hear Moriah speak about where she has been and where she is going.
